Continued use of bet456 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
1. Definitions & Interpretation
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise. Where the singular is used, it includes the plural, and vice versa. References to "writing" include electronic communications where applicable.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to and use of the bet456 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By creating an account or placing a bet, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all of the conditions listed below at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform.
2.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or use any of the Services offered on bet456. 2.3 Capacity & Competence
You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incapable, or who are acting under a guardianship or court order that restricts financial decision-making, are not eligible to use the bet456 Platform. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of any other person, you represent that you are authorised to do so and that the person you represent also meets all eligibility requirements.
2.4 Self-Excluded Players
Players who have previously applied for self-exclusion through bet456 or through any recognised third-party responsible gaming programme are not eligible to hold an active account during the period of their exclusion. Attempting to register a new account while under a self-exclusion order is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

3. Account Registration & Verification

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required.
3.2 One Account Policy
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active account on the bet456 Platform at any time. This restriction applies regardless of the name, email address, mobile number, payment method, or device used to register. If bet456 identifies duplicate accounts linked to the same individual through any technical or documentary means, all duplicate accounts will be suspended. The primary account may be reinstated at bet456's sole discretion, subject to forfeiture of any bonuses obtained across duplicate accounts.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. bet456 recommends enabling SMS OTP two-factor authentication, which is available in the Account Security settings at no additional cost.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, you must notify bet456 support immediately at [email protected]. bet456 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable security precautions or has delayed reporting the breach.
3.4 KYC Verification
bet456 is required to verify the identity and age of all players before processing withdrawal requests. As part of our KYC process, you may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents: National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, birth certificate, or a recent utility bill confirming your residential address in Bangladesh. Documents must be legible, unaltered, and clearly show your full name and date of birth.
KYC verification is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission during standard business hours (BST, UTC+6). bet456 reserves the right to request additional documentation where the initial submission is unclear or incomplete. 5.2 Wagering Requirements

5.5 Bonus Expiry
Bonus Funds that have not been activated or wagering requirements that have not been completed within the stated expiry period will be forfeited automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. bet456 will provide clear expiry dates and time zones (Bangladesh Standard Time, BST UTC+6) at the point of bonus issuance.

- All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the Player. Odds are subject to change at any time before confirmation.
- Bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed once confirmed by the system, except in circumstances where bet456 exercises its right to void a bet as described below.
- In-play bets are subject to a short acceptance delay for verification purposes. bet456 does not guarantee acceptance of all in-play bet requests.
- Minimum bet amount per selection is ৳50 BDT. Maximum bet limits vary by sport, market, and event and are displayed at the time of bet placement.
- Accumulator bets (parlays) are permitted across eligible markets. All legs of an accumulator must be settled before any winnings are credited.
- Where a match or event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the applicable sport-specific rules — typically voided and stakes returned unless a result has already been determined for that market.
6.2 Cricket Betting Specific Rules
Cricket is the primary sport on the bet456 platform, with comprehensive coverage of BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), T20 World Cup, IPL, ICC Test series, and bilateral ODI and T20I fixtures involving the Bangladesh Tigers. The following additional rules apply to all cricket markets:
- For a match-winner market to be valid, a minimum number of overs must be completed as specified per format (e.g., 5 overs per side for a T20 match to count as a result, subject to the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method where applicable).

6.3 Casino Game Rules

By playing a casino game on bet456, you accept the rules of that game as determined by its provider. bet456 acts as the platform host; the game logic, RNG certification, and outcome determination reside with the game provider.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game session — including server disconnection, software error, or data corruption — any affected game round will be voided and the stake returned to the Player's account. bet456 will not honour purported winnings arising from a visually displayed outcome that was caused by a technical error rather than a genuine game result.
6.4 Voiding of Bets
bet456 reserves the right to void any bet, in whole or in part, in the following circumstances: manifest pricing error (odds that were clearly incorrect due to a human or technical error); use of prohibited software or tools to gain an unfair advantage; collusion between players; evidence that the outcome of an event was manipulated; or any other circumstance in which bet456 reasonably determines that accepting or honouring the bet would be contrary to the integrity of the platform or applicable regulations. Where a bet is voided, the original stake will be returned to the Player's account balance.
6.5 Maximum Winnings
bet456 applies maximum single-event winnings limits. These limits vary by sport and game type. The current maximum payout per settled bet slip on the sportsbook is ৳5,000,000 BDT. For casino games, individual maximum win limits are set by the game provider and displayed within the game interface. Where a calculated payout would exceed the applicable maximum, the payout will be capped at that maximum and the excess forfeited.
7. Account Suspension & Closure
7.1 Voluntary Account Closure
Any Player may request the voluntary closure of their bet456 account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Before processing a closure request, bet456 will confirm the Player's identity and ensure that any outstanding bets have been settled and any withdrawable balance has been returned to the Player via their registered payment method.
Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Once closed, an account cannot be reopened for a minimum period of 30 days. Players who wish to reopen a closed account must contact support and may be required to complete a fresh KYC verification.
7.2 Suspension by bet456
bet456 reserves the right to suspend or restrict a Player's account at any time and without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following has occurred or is occurring: a breach of these Terms & Conditions; fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive conduct; evidence of money laundering or financial crime; use of prohibited software; multi-accounting; providing false registration information; or any other conduct that bet456 reasonably considers to be contrary to the integrity of the platform or detrimental to other players.
During a suspension, the Player's account will be locked and no deposits, withdrawals, or betting activity will be permitted. bet456 will investigate the matter as promptly as reasonably practicable. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the account will be reinstated and normal service resumed. If a breach is confirmed, the account may be permanently closed in accordance with clause 7.3.
7.3 Permanent Closure & Forfeiture
Where bet456 permanently closes an account due to a confirmed breach of these Terms & Conditions, any bonus funds and winnings generated through the use of prohibited conduct, multiple accounts, or fraudulent means will be forfeited in their entirety. Real-money deposits that were not associated with the prohibited conduct may be returned at bet456's sole discretion. bet456 will not be liable to the Player for any losses of anticipated profits, bonuses, or other benefits as a result of a justified account closure.
7.4 Dormant Accounts
An account is classified as dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. bet456 will notify the registered email address prior to applying dormant account charges. A dormant account administration fee of ৳200 BDT per month will be deducted from the account balance until either the balance reaches zero or the Player reactivates the account by logging in.
Players who believe their account has been incorrectly classified as dormant, or who wish to reactivate a dormant account, should contact bet456 support. Reactivation is free and takes effect immediately upon successful login and identity confirmation.
7.5 Effect of Closure on Outstanding Bets
If an account is suspended or closed while bets are still pending settlement, those bets will continue to be settled in accordance with the applicable rules. Winnings from bets placed before the suspension or closure that are subsequently settled in the Player's favour will be held by bet456 pending the outcome of any investigation. If no investigation is ongoing, winnings will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within 10 business days of settlement.
Dormant Account PolicyTo avoid dormant account charges, simply log in to your bet456 account at least once every 12 months. You do not need to deposit or bet — a login is sufficient to maintain an active account status.
Responsible Gaming Closures Are DifferentIf you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, please use the self-exclusion tool rather than a standard closure request. Self-exclusion provides additional safeguards including prevention of re-registration. See Section 8 below.
